IMPORTANT: This is an application for a full or partial grant to the IBDCoach program sponsored by IBDfund, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. This grant is designed for people formally diagnosed with IBD who are experiencing significant financial hardship, have a great potential to contribute to the IBDCoach community, and are committed to overcoming their IBD. This grant is highly selective: please only apply if you meet these criteria and are willing to put the time necessary to complete the application and required 500-3000 word essay prompts. We suggest writing your answers in a separate document before submission.

Winners of this scholarship will receive a partial or full scholarship for tuition for IBDCoach. We will carefully review all completed applications.

At the end of the application form, we will ask you to upload three documents as verification of your financial need including. Acceptable documents include:

  • Most recent tax return
  • Proof of income (W2, 1099, most recent employment contract, etc.)
  • Bank statements
  • Medical bills
  • Proof of major debt accounts
  • Student loan statement

All documents will be stored in a secure location. Applications may be considered incomplete and not reviewed until the requested documents are provided.
